There are three levels to this tea: Chamomile, lavender, passionflower and lemon verbena have traditionally been used as mind calming herbs. Fennel, licorice root and cinnamon are added to aide digestion and prevent bloating. Finally, a little bit of valerian root is added to help relax the muscles. This tea is designed to relax mind, body and digestion. 

Flavour Description
Inspired by the popular chamomile tea, this tea has a combination of Camomile and Lavender front note, followed by a slight fruity, anise note and a mildly sweet back note.

Good for calming and relaxation. Perfect for evenings. 

Ingredient List
Organic Botanicals (Camomile, Lavender, Lemon Verbena, Licorice Root, Valerian Root, Cornflower, Passionflower), Organic Spices (Cinnamon, Fennel Seed).

Servings per Packet
35 - 40 cups (200ml)

Recommended Brew Method

1. Use 1  teaspoon of tea per cup.
2. Add hot water (preferably not boiling).
3. Steep for 3 - 5 mins. 
4. Enjoy as it is or with a slice of lemon and a touch of honey.
