We used to use PayPal as an option, but since 2018 they started flagging payments of customers when they purchase products. When a transaction has been flagged the account is frozen until we request for a review, this may take up to 4 - 7 days. We have to request for a review each time this happens, and the reason they flag us is because our country of origin for some products are from Iran (organic rose). We understand it provides convenience and protection to the customer most of the time, but we feel the system is unreliable and not out there to protect the sellers. Until there is a better solution, we opt to not use that payment provider and we will try our best to protect our customers interest and values ourselves.
