Mint and anise and licorice roots have traditionally been used by herbalists for centuries in Northern Europe. 

Our version combines the different mints, including native mint, and botanicals which has the most anisole flavours with licorice root to create a unique licorice tea that traditionally used as a digestive aid.

The essential oils of mints and the anise family have a great synergy and the combination creates a beautiful sweet aroma and taste.

Brew at 100 C for more anise flavour; and at 80 C for more mint flavour.

Flavour Description:
This tea has a smooth minty front note, follow by a hint of aniseed and sweet after taste.

Organic  Botanicals (Peppermint, SPearmint, Australian River Mint, Licorice Root, Australian Aniseed Myrtle, Star Anise, Fennel)

Servings per Packet :

30-35 cups. 

Recommended Standard Brew Method:

1. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (200mL).
2. Add hot water (not boiling).
3. Steep for 3 - 5 mins. 
4. Enjoy as is, or with a slice of lime and a drop of honey. Beautifully smooth chilled and drunk cold.
